Greetings from Bill and Claire Gray authors of Belize Retirement Guide…
Since we escaped from Hollywood to Belize in the 1980’s we’ve never looked back. We realized we could live just steps away from the Caribbean Sea in year round sunshine, and eat fresh seafood and vine ripened tropical fruits when ever we want. In the years since writing our book we have helped scores of people to do the same through our publications and Belize Relocation Tours, live large on a small budget in Belize.
After spending almost 20 years in Belize and raising our son we still love it. Our books and tours continue to be more popular than ever with retirees, freedom seekers, entrepreneurs, and investors. So much so that we are finding it impossible to take our own advice and retire in Belize. Our latest venture is Offshore Properties Belize where we recently started listing properties offered by locals. Many people say Belize is one of the few places on earth where an average Joe can buy himself his own island! Belize has many advantages, lower prices than other parts of the Caribbean, easy to get to, it’s less than a 2 hour flight from the US, English speaking and buying real estate is very straight-forward and easy for foreigners. |
